1. Overview

Welcome to Donkey Craft Vinyl. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Products and Custom Printing Services

We specialize in premium craft materials including Patterned HTV, Adhesive Vinyl, and Custom DTF/UV DTF Transfers. Please note the following regarding our products and custom services:

• Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and patterns of our products as accurately as possible. However, device monitors vary, and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be perfectly identical to the physical product.
• Custom Print Submissions: For custom DTF or UV DTF orders, you are solely responsible for the quality, resolution, and format of the uploaded files. We print the files exactly as they are provided and are not responsible for pixelation, blurriness, or artifact errors present in your original submission.
• Intellectual Property of Custom Orders: By uploading a design for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you hold the legal rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce the image. Donkey Craft Vinyl assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement in customer-supplied artwork. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws.

3. Pricing and Modifications

All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items (such as Custom DTF and UV DTF Transfers), all custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect on our end. For our standard materials (HTV, Adhesive Vinyl, Faux Leather, etc.), please refer to our standard Return Policy page for specific eligibility guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, patterns, graphics, logo designs, and text provided by Donkey Craft Vinyl on this website are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our original website designs or product photos for commercial resale without explicit written permission.
