Siser TTD Easy Mask

Most of the application tapes in the industry are manufactured to transfer sign vinyl which does not require heat. When using these tapes to apply Siser products, you may be left with an adhesive residue. In addition, the tape may be difficult to remove which slows down the production process. A great deal of time was spent formulating a transfer tape that works well with Siser's complete line of heat transfer materials. Siser's clear TTD mask allows you to accurately place the image on the garment, and also releases favorably after heat application. Use TTD Easy Mask for the best application results!
Siser's new TTD Mask can also be used as a rhinestone template transfer material!
Siser TTD Mask has a medium tack adhesive that is formulated to work with ALL of Siser's ColorPrint™ digital materials. It is recommended that you use a cold laminator with the TTD Easy Mask for large production runs. Also, if you are not heat-applying the product immediately, place the image back on the shiny side of the masking paper.
How to use:
-Cut a piece of mask slightly wider than the image to cover.
-Remove the paper backing from the mask and set aside.
-Adhesive side up, place the mask down on a smooth, firm surface.
-With the image facing down, center it over the mask letting the middle drop down onto the adhesive, followed by the rest of the image.
-Place your squeegee at a 45° angle over the center of the image. Using firm pressure, push the squeegee towards the outer edge of the image. This removes any trapped air creating a bond between the image and the mask.
-Repeat this process in several directions.
-Lift a corner of the mask, use a steady motion to separate the mask from the image.
-Place the transferred image back on the shiny side of the original masking paper you had set aside.

Turnaround Time:

Our default turnaround time for orders with our basic patterns is 1-2 days.

Orders with DTF prints typically require 1-3 days for production. For DTF orders over 500 inches, production time may be longer.

Custom orders require approximately 2-5 days for production.

We will notify you of any changes to the expected turnaround time.

Please note that the turnaround time does not include shipping time.
Return Policy:

We will accept returns or exchanges for defective products or items damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for color differnce. Please note that the actual color and pattern scale size of the product may differ from what is displayed on your screen.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
